Woods & Metals is an independent custom furniture studio based in Minneapolis. Our designs use reclaimed and recycled wood with aluminum and steel to create unique pieces of furniture for residential and commercial clients. We enjoy the process of working directly with customers to design a piece that not only fits their space but has a personal connection for the client.

Troy

Growing up in Northern Wisconsin Troy has had an interest in all things construction. Working with hard wood flooring, concrete,  cabinet making and operating heavy machinery he has a diverse materials background. His connection to nature brings a solid level  of knowledge to wood types and what they are capable of achieving.

Leigh

Leigh started her design career in performance lighting for theatre, television & film. She now works as an architectural lighting designer working with clients to design dramatic yet environmentally-friendly spaces. She has experience designing custom light fixtures for private residences and large commercial interiors.
